April 17, 2023: Dr. Lado has just edited the unpublished book “Descriptive, Illustrated Keys to the World’ Myxomycetes”, originally written by the eminent Dutch myxomycetologist Elly Nannenga-Bremekamp.
As a tribute to this pioneer in the study of Myxomycetes, Dr. Lado has made annotations, updates and edition of the information related to Myxomycetes that Nannenga-Bremekamp left almost completed. The book provides an excellent taxonomic guide to the almost 1000 species recognized in the world up to 1996.
